What are your shipping fees?

Our shipping fees are $10 for all orders up to $150. Orders valued $150 and over receive FREE shipping.

How is my order shipped?

We ship via Australia Post. Tracking will be provided when your order has been shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are dependent on Australia Post. We post from Coffs Harbour NSW. Shipping time will depend on your location within Australia, but is generally 3-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we deliver within Australia only.

What are your payment methods?

We currently offer payment via credit card and AfterPay

Do you offer AfterPay?

What is your refund policy?

For purchases other than Gift Vouchers, our policy provides for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, no refund or exchange will be provided. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item. Although not required it is suggested that returns are tracked, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Once the return is received and inspected, we will email the customer notifying that we have received the returned item. We will also notify the customer of the approval or rejection of any refund. If approved, the refund will be processed. If the return is not due to damaged items, postage costs incurred when the order was sent will be deducted from the refund. Postage and any other shipping cost associated with returns is the responsibility of the customer. Gift vouchers are not applicable for returns.

If I need to return my item, who pays for shipping?

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item. Although not required it is suggested that returns are tracked, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. If the return is not due to damaged items, postage costs incurred when the order was sent will be deducted from the refund.

Beauty on the Promenade is not liable for items damaged in the post. In this instance the customer is to submit a complaint to Australia Post.

Can I pick up an online order in store?

Yes, you are welcome to pick your order up from the Beauty on the Promenade salon. We are located at 3 Murdock Street, Coffs Harbour. Please select 'pick up instore' when checking out and finalising your order. You will receive email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.

How can I use a gift voucher?

Gift vouchers for services are redeemed in salon. Please phone us to book your appointment. You will need to advise your gift voucher code to confirm your booking.

Cash value gift vouchers may be redeemed for online purchases and in-salon treatments. Add your gift voucher code on checkout to redeem.

Do gift vouchers expire?

Yes, gift vouchers expire three years from the date of purchase in line with NSW Fair Trading requirements.
